Belive it or not but I’ve actually filmed and produced a few indie documentaries. They’re not perfect or polished but I am proud of them.

This was my first attempt at a food documentary with the basic premise being that I wanted to collaborate with other Chefs and feed random groups of people who would never otherwise sit down for a meal.

This time, I decided to ride a small motorcycle, cross country, the morning after I got my license.

My long time creative partner was finally able to come visit me in California…

I flew back home to cook a pig with my brother and explore not only my roots, but the roots of food in the US.

Mike wanted to do the Tattoo convention and I had a Southern cookbook coming out so we spent a few days in New Orleans.

I had to go up to Seattle for a few short hours but it was worth the trip.
