I hate competition and instead of entering some stupid contest, I had a different idea. Basically, I was going to collaborate with a few other Chef’s I admired and do a few pop-up dinners for random folks who’d normally never have a chance to sit down and share a meal. To say that things went sideways is an understatement but, it was an unforgettable experience.
